PROJECT:
Study conducted in order to create a warehouse system for pallet storage using 2 stacker cranes.

SUPPLY DESCRIPTION:
The system consists of two self-supporting shelving blocks with double depth, used to store loading units (UDC) placed on slave pallets.

Warehouse data:
Height: 28,800 mm – Max length: 54,780 mm – Max width: 14,365 mm

Storage:
Channels: 26 nos. per each aisle
Total levels: 14 nos. per each aisle
Depth: 1 no. per each aisle
Net max storage capacity: 1456 loading units

Possible handling – Combined cycles
Input cycles: 25 pallet / hour
At the same time as:
Output cycles: 25 pallet / hour

Handling that can be carried out with the stacker crane – Single cycles
Input cycles: 50 pallet / hour
At the same time as:
Output cycles: 50 pallet / hour

DISTINCTIVE ELEMENTS:

The on-board machine system was realized according to the final customer’s requirements, in compliance with the standard for Hazardous Location as per request (Class II Division2) pursuant to NFPA70.
