Still in the feed industry, but exporting our experience to the food and chemical industries as well, we have realized numerous dosing systems. In particular, we have developed several solutions for continuous dosing:

The services performed in this area range from the construction of electrical automation panels, to the installation of electrical systems, to the development of SCADA and MES software.

Special attention is paid to the integration of the various systems that make up a feed plant, so that operators can manage even large plants while maintaining control over the various operations that occur in parallel in the plant.

There are many small plants in which a single operator is able, leaning on our automation, to manage from raw material loading to finished product loading.

Much attention is also paid to product traceability and identification of production cycles at the various processing stages. So as to keep different products or cycles in different parts of the plant in production in parallel, maintaining proper synchronization of production and optimizing plant productivity.
