DISTINCTIVE ELEMENTS:
The system focuses on the use of a prong conveyor for preparing package rows. Mechanically, the prong was designed with non-finite ratio gearboxes. It was therefore necessary to study an algorithm for the automatic compensation of the prong position at each zero crossing. In order not to damage the product during the preparation of the rows, a suitable movement cam was also designed to reduce inertial stresses to a minimum.

Savings on the purchase price of standard instead of finite ratio gearboxes. During the preparation phases, the package is stressed as little as possible, preserving its aesthetic characteristics.
